Speed Mentoring Roundtables features our Women of Inspiration from 2024!
WISE Arizona’s Speed Mentoring Roundtables event brings mentoring to all WISE members — offering an easy-access platform to connect with peers, build strong relationships, and participate in meaningful dialogue in a low-stress environment. This Speed Mentoring Roundtable will feature five of the Women of Inspiration recipients of 2024:
- Chantel Carlson: Senior Director of Business Operations for Phoenix Raceway with NASCAR
- Kalie Jonovich: Assistant Director, Major Gifts for Arizona State University Athletics
- Lacey Probst: Director of Stadium Operations of the Arizona Cardinals
- Jamie Roberts: Senior Director of Membership Sales & Service of the Arizona Diamondbacks
- Susan Wilcox: CEO/Founder of Pivot Culinary
This fast-paced, engaging evening provides mentees with a seat at the table to discuss career and professional development topics with multiple seasoned industry veterans and peers.
Help us donate to a worthy women’s organization! Please bring lightly used professional clothing and business casual clothing that you no longer want. We will be donating all clothing to a local women’s organization after the event.

Event Timeline:
6:00pm - Event begins with a brief panel interview of all mentors and then a breakout to individual tables
8:00pm - Speed mentoring ends
8:02pm - Dessert and networking
8:30pm - Event ends
