Tucson Takeover - Sports Tourism & Economic Development with Nancy Cole

The first of our Tucson Takeover morning sessions features Nancy Cole, the Director of Development for Pima County. She will discuss the upcoming development of the Kino Sports Complex, how it impacts the local economy and sports landscape, and her involvement in the process. 



Nancy Cole

• is a registered architect with 28 years of construction experience, 18 of which have been with Pima County. Her expertise is in project management, and she has recently transitioned the Project Management Office into a new Public Works department, the Capital Program Office (CPO). The CPO focuses on long-range and yearly Capital planning and budgeting for all of Pima County, as well as providing project management resources, economic development project support, reporting, metrics, and process improvement.
