Jennifer, a WISE Arizona founding member, has spent most of the last 25+ years working in professional baseball, 18 with the Arizona Diamondbacks. In 2019, she launched the Women's Sports School, which offered "Scouting Baseball!" sponsored by WISE AZ.

Kate Breck Calhoun is the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Tucson Convention Center (TCC). Kate has been employed at the TCC since 2003 overseeing the Convention Center, Tucson Arena, Tucson Music Hall and Leo Rich Theater.

In 1999 Erica founded Issues Concerning Athletes to assist athletes on the move and has helped thousands call AZ home. A former PR Specialist, Erica is a now a licensed agent.

Marina Carpenter, an Arizona native and former NCAA Division 1 volleyball player, now spends her time as the General Counsel and EVP of Public Affairs for the Arizona Coyotes.  Marina’s original legal role with the Club has continued to expand into broader business initiatives.  She is passionate about sport and mentorship, and the invaluable impact they provide.

Nicolette Donald is an owner and founder of P.R.O.S. Corporate Housing and P.R.O.S. Realty, specializing in housing for professional sports teams and relocating athletes nationwide.

Johanna is a media consultant working with several MLB franchises. Additionally, she consults with MLB players on brand development, through social media. She is a founding member of WISE Arizona.

Yolanda is a human resources professional with 19 years of experience, currently the HR Manager for the Phoenix Suns and Mercury. She is also a founding member of WISE Arizona.

Rebecca Mobley is the Director of Marketing and Public Relations for State Farm Stadium, home of the Arizona Cardinals and annual Fiesta Bowl. Rebecca is also the president of Arizona Local Organizing Committee for International Soccer.

Maria is the Director of Sales for Live Nation, selling special events at the Van Buren and Arizona Federal Theatre, and has won awards as an event producer. She is now a widowed mother of two teen boys and recently co-authored "Conceived by Grace."

After a career of working with Walt Disney, Top Golf and the Cancer Centers of America, Trisha has launched Catch 3 Creative to help brands plan events and tell their stories.

Natalie Spruel joined the Diamondbacks Corporate Partnership team in 2017, bringing with her over 15 years of specialization in Sports and Integrated Marketing, Business Development, and Hospitality Management.
